The deep clean brings a lived-in home to baseline before standing visits take over. A deep clean that begins a standing account is the First (deep) column above: same work, same number. Event Ready is a focused, surface-level visit timed 24 to 48 hours before you host. It covers the rooms your guests will see, and it does not include inside-appliance or inside-cabinet work.

The Allergen Reset, Move In/Out, and Post-Construction cleanings vary too much between homes to carry one published tier price. Each is quoted after a walkthrough, based on your home's square footage and condition. The Allergen Reset is the deep clean run on the HEPA-led allergen sequence. Move In/Out is scoped for an empty home, including inside cabinets, fridge, and oven. Post-Construction covers the fine-dust detail work after contractors leave.
