Will it really be the same two every time?
Yes — that is the entire premise. Two named, photographed, background-checked professionals are assigned to your home for the life of your account. If one of your Same Two is unavailable, the choice is yours: reschedule at no charge, or approve a substitute by name and photograph before the visit. No unannounced strangers — ever.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients are at the office during their visits. Once your account is set up, your Same Two arrive via a key code or secure entry method you establish during onboarding. Your first clean is photo-verified — a timestamped set texted before we leave your driveway — and every visit after it runs against your documented scope, backed by the 72-hour guarantee, whether you're home or in a meeting downtown.
What if I'm not satisfied?
You have 72 hours to flag any missed item within the documented scope of work, by text or email — no business-hours phone window. Your Same Two return within two business days at no charge. If the re-clean doesn't resolve it, a full refund for that visit is issued. The guarantee exists in writing and is honored without negotiation.
Are you really insured for $1M?
Yes. The Aurora Standard carries a $1M general-liability policy through Next Insurance, and we'll walk you through the coverage in plain language before you book — not after a claim. In the event of damage caused by crew negligence, an incident report with photographs is delivered, with a defined replacement process. Unsecured jewelry, cash, and heirlooms are excluded, so please secure those items.
Are your professionals background-checked — and are they employees?
Every professional is screened through Checkr — SSN trace, national criminal search, sex-offender registry, and global watchlist — before their first visit in your home. We're glad to walk you through our screening standard at your walkthrough.
Do you offer weekend service?
Yes. We serve Monday through Saturday — a deliberate difference from the national franchises that run weekdays only and leave corporate families without an option. Weekend service carries a small add-on, listed on the pricing page.
Are your products safe for an asthmatic child, a pregnant spouse, or an elderly parent?
This is what the HEPA allergen protocol is for. We use hospital-grade HEPA-filtered vacuums and an allergen-conscious product kit as standard, with a Houston-specific allergen sequence. If a household member has a specific sensitivity or you prefer a fragrance-free protocol, we accommodate it — tell us during onboarding.
Will the price go up after a few months? Are there hidden fees?
Your quoted recurring rate is fixed for six months from your first service date. Any change after that comes with written notice in advance. Pricing is flat-rate with no hourly creep and no same-day surcharges. Add-on services are priced separately and confirmed before each visit.
Are there contracts or cancellation fees?
No contracts. The recurring discount is an automatic per-visit benefit, not a commitment device. Rescheduling or skipping a visit is free with at least two business days' notice. Cancellations, reschedules, or lockouts with less than two business days' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled visit.
What if I don't click with my Same Two?
Tell us. The match is meant to last for years, so if it isn't right we'll reassign your team without friction or penalty. The goal is a pairing you'd recommend to a neighbor — not one you tolerate.
How is the first clean different from recurring visits?
Most households begin with a deep first clean before transitioning to a standing rhythm, because the standard recurring visit maintains a home already at baseline — it isn't designed to perform the full reset a home under seasonal allergen load needs on day one. We'll recommend the right entry point when you book.
What areas do you serve?
Katy and Cinco Ranch, Cross Creek Ranch, Seven Meadows, Firethorne, Sugar Land, First Colony, Greatwood, Riverstone, Telfair, New Territory, Sienna and Missouri City, Lake Olympia, and Quail Valley. Homes more than 15 miles from our service center are accommodated with a small distance fee, listed in add-ons.
